What areas do you travel to?
We primarily work in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Hampton, Chesapeake, Richmond, Maryland, Delaware, and North Carolina (road travel).
We also fly anywhere within the USA (North, South, East, and West).
Travel charges depend on your location and will be shared during booking.

Do you work with large bridal parties?
Yes. We have a trained team of artists and can accommodate large bridal parties of up to 15–20 people, depending on timeline and availability.

How are you different from other makeup artists?
We work based on what our clients want while maintaining a balance between professional expertise and personal style. Once booked, we provide a detailed, curated checklist—our signature planning tool—to ensure your makeup and hair last long and turn out exactly as expected.

Do you offer Indian saree draping?
Yes, we do. We request the saree at least one week prior to the event so it can be professionally pre-pleated and prepared for a clean, secure drape.

Do you offer saree pre-pleating and shipping services?
Yes. We offer professional saree pre-pleating services and can ship pre-pleated sarees anywhere within the USA. Sarees must be received at least one week in advance. Shipping timelines and charges will be shared during booking.

Why should I hire a professional makeup artist for my wedding or special event?
A professional makeup artist brings education, experience, and expertise while creating a stress-free environment. We come to your location, follow structured timelines, and ensure your makeup enhances your natural beauty and lasts throughout your event.

I’m not sure what makeup look I want. Can you help?
Absolutely. We recommend creating a Pinterest board with inspiration images. During your trial or consultation, we help refine and create a look that suits your features, personality, outfit, and event—from natural to full glam.

Do you offer bridal trials?
Yes, we highly recommend bridal trials. During the trial, we discuss preferences in detail and try different looks so you know exactly what to expect on your wedding day. Trial services are charged separately.

How long does makeup and hair application take?
Each makeup or hair service is scheduled for 40 minutes to 1 hour per person to ensure proper application without rushing. The same timing applies to bridal party members.

How long will the makeup last and what brands do you use?
Makeup is designed to last all day, with the exception of lips due to eating or drinking.
We use professional brands including MAC, Makeup Forever, Laura Mercier, NARS, Bobbi Brown, Chanel, Hourglass, INGLOT, Smashbox, Dior, ABH, and more.
False lashes are included in all services, with the option to opt out.

Can I book partial makeup services or combine artists?
To maintain consistency and longevity, makeup services must be completed from start to finish by our team. We do not modify or touch up work done by another artist if multiple artists are involved.

Do you provide Arangetram hair and makeup services?
Yes. We offer specialized Arangetram hair and makeup services, including curated checklists, consultations, detailed timelines, touch-up kits, and touch-up services between performances.
​
Do you offer henna services?
Yes. We provide bridal and non-bridal henna services, including large bridal henna parties. We can accommodate up to 200–250 guests in a single day. Both organic and non-organic henna options are available.
